At Farmer Street Studio, we house a hand-building studio fully equipped with everything you need to bring your ceramic creations to life — including clay, glazes, tools, and firing services.
Whether you prefer to develop your own artistic ideas or seek guided instruction, our classes cater to all levels. Lauren always aims to creates an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere where students can grow, explore their creativity, and refine their skills.
We work primarily with Paperclay, a versatile clay that remains workable for months. This allows you to experiment and refine your techniques at your own pace.
At Farmer Street Studio we offer a Beginner - Intermediate 6 week course and Open Studio Sessions.
Our 6-week courses are perfect for beginners and intermediate students looking to develop in hand-building and sculpture while becoming familiar with our studio.* Spots open now for upcoming semester : Starting March 6th 2025 Thursdays 6-8pm
Our Open Studio sessions are designed for individuals who have previously attended our classes, providing a space to continue honing their skills.

Each week, Lauren will introduce new techniques and approaches to working with clay, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience. The course is tailored for those who enjoy hands-on instruction as well as those who prefer independent exploration.
